Experience
I am a Post Graduate in English with P.G. in HRD (Training & Development), Mass Communication & Sc. Journalism. Also I am an IRCA (U.K.) and CII (India) certified Quality Lead Auditor (ISO). I have studied in English Medium throughout my academic journey.
I have imparted lectures on various Management topics as a Guest Lecturer in different Management Institutions under W.B.U.T.
This apart, my arena of experience encompasses both the Industrial & Academic sphere in HR, Administration & Training spanning over 23 years.
I have also acted as a Project Guide for M.B.A, B.B.A & Hospital Management students of various Institutions under W.B.U.T. viz Future Institute of Technology & Mgt., Techno India, Gurunanak Instt. of Technology, Durgapur Society of Mgt. Science, Pailan College, Ram Chandra College of Hospital Mgt.(Chennai), George College etc. to name a few..
